• Nose: Ripe berries and dried fruits, with notes of grapes, citrus, chocolate, toffee, cinnamon, clover, oak, and rosemary 

• Palate: Warm and smooth, with sherry-dried fruits, candied fruit, caramel, and honey 

• Finish: Spicy and lingering, with a rich finish 

• Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is made from a combination of three sherry-aged casks: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Moscatel.

• “Bold and complex nose with intense dried fruits, raisins, figs and dates. Cloves and a hint of cinnamon, bold vanilla and fudge, Butterscotch and reminiscent of shortbread come to mind later on. Lifted Virginia tobacco aromas and a hint of leather shows up. Fruity with ripe banana and hints of pineapple and pear, with papaya and sweet nuts - cashew and brazil nuts in particular. It is light and welcoming, with delicate wine aromas, sultanas and figs and it is easy drinking. Fragrant vanilla and caramel with nutty hints lead towards a warming finish. Kavlan Port Cask Single Malt 26

Kavalan Solist Port Cask is fully matured in Portuguese Port barriques in Taiwan's subtropical climate to create multiple fruity flavours such as plum, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry, with chocolate as the main background note.

• Nose Light oak spice as it opens, before notes of refreshing tangerine and dried fruit develop.

• Palate Chocolate éclairs, summer berries (think blackcurrant and strawberries atop a cheesecake) and vanilla-forward malt.

• Finish A zesty hint of passion fruit and lemon appears on the finish.

Kavlan Bourbon Cask 27

Kavalan Solist is matured in ex-bourbon casks, non-filtered and bottled at cask strength. Alluring flavours of vanilla, tropical fruit, coconut and spices. Round and complex on the palate with a natural vanilla and oak sweetness to the silky, smooth finish. Sip neat, with a dash of water or on the rocks.

Nose: Lush tropical fruits, floral frangipani, blooming Jasmine mist and young coconut cream. kiwi, melon, green apple, with oak and vanilla.

Palate

The texture is rich, smooth and silky.  lots of notes of vanilla and oak as well as the Kavalan signature tropical notes of mango and pineapple.

Finish

The finish is sweet and spicy like white pepper sprinkled on biscuits that lingers on the palate.

Conclusion 
This single malt cask strength whisky has won a ton of accolades – most recently including Platinum (3 consecutive double gold wins) at the international spirits challenge (SFWSC)

Kavalan Vinho Barrique 37

Won World’s Best Asian Whisky, World’s Best Single Malt, World’ Best Single Malt Category (2015). Platinum winning 96point score. Vinho is fully matured in used American oak wine barrels that have been toasted and recharred in a way that brings out fruity vanilla notes from the wood into the whisky overlaid on a delicate background of complex fruitiness. It has a complex and multi-dimensional background of pepper, spice, dates and other fruits, such as ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of bursting citrus fruits.

• Flavour: A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate on top. Ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of citrus fruits burst. Pepper is also present in the background waiting to be noticed.

• Palate: The taste ends with clean and complex flavours embodying all that is best in the finest malt whiskies enjoying a long aftertaste.
